My Mom's Apple Cake

5 Apples
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour

Core apples and cut into rather large size pieces that aren't too small. Beat eggs and sugar until the eggs are white (this may take a while). Add flour and mix. Arrange apples on the bottom of a greased circular pan and pour the batter over the top. Bake at 350ºF until the top is golden brown.
