Olive and Cheddar Crisps
1 small can (2 1/4 ounces)
sliced olives, drained
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 green onions finely chopped
thinly sliced French bread
Blend all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread bread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and broil for 3 minutes in an oven. Turn over bread slices and spread with mixture. Return to broiler for another 3 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with a sprig of parsley if you like. Serve almost immediately.
