For 4 persons
- 500 gr of Lasagne
- 1 tin of tomatoes souces
- 20 gr of butter
- 1\2 glass of dry white wine
- 200 gr of minced beef
- 70 gr of minced Parmigiano cheese
- 200 gr of mozzarella
- 70 gr of minced mortadella
- 1 box of bechamel
Preparation :
Dissolve the butter and add the minced onions , let cook for few minutes and then add beef and mortadella.
Mix all and let roast brown , pouring the wine.
Let to evaporate at low heat some minutes ant then incorporate the tomato's soup with a pinch of salt and pepper.
After 30 min. of cooking add the bechamel and leave on the stove for 2 or 3 min.
Let cook the lasagne in salad water (few at time) and then drip them with a holed ladle and put them on a dishcloth.
Put the lasagne ,the tomato's souce , the slices of mozzarella and the Parmigiano cheese in a backing-pan , make some layers of all but the last one should be mozzarella and tomato souce.
After 20 min. of oven at 180° C the Lasagne by my way are ready to serve.
