Divide the dough into six(big) or twelve(small) even pieces. Now we can add the fillings. Variety 1: Ham and cheese. about 200 grams of cheese and ham cut into cubes. Variety 2: Blueberry. about 300 grams of blueberries. I use frozen since they are easier to work with without crushing. Put on to a greased baking sheet and brush with the remaining egg whites. bake 13-15 minutes in a 450 deg oven.
