Rice Tuna Pie

Cook rice in water. Preheat heat oven to 350deg. Stir in 1 Tbsp margerine and 2 egg whites (slightly beaten) save the yolks. Oil pie plate. Press rice into a crust. Sprinkle rice crust with ½ the cheese, the tuna and the onions. Beat together egg yolks, whole egg, yogurt, milk and spices. Pour into the shell. Put aside some of the cheese and sprinkle the rest into the shell. Bake 40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and put under broiler to brown. Let stand 5 minutes and serve with slices of tomato.
