Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
  2. Melt chocolate and margerine together in double boiler.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Beat eggs until light.
  5. Add sugar and beat well.
  6. Beat in vanilla and chocolate mixture.
  7. fold in flour and nuts. DO NOT BEAT.
  8. Pour into paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. (The paper is important. You will never get them out otherwise)
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Cool 5 minutes in the pan before turning out.
