Chocolate Stars

Beat the egg whites until very stiff. Beat in the Kisch and 1 cup sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Add the remaining ingreadiants. Knead on a lightly floured baking board(I use the counter top) until smooth. Sprinke the baking board with sugar. Roll out the dough to the thicknes of 1/4 inch. Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Bake on a lightly buttered baking sheet in a pheheeated 300 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
