Apple Spice Cake

• 2 apples diced
• 3 cuos flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup vegtable oil
• 3 eggs
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp of each: allspice, nutmeg, ginger
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 to 1½ cups walnuts

Butter a 13x9 inch pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the vegtable oil, sugar eggs and vanilla. Mix together the flour, spices, salt and baking soda, Beat into the liquid mix. Add and mix by by hand the apples and the walnuts. Put in to the pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
