Set oven at 350 deg
Place in mixing bowl
Add
Stir until chocolate melts then let cool.
Add
* if you don't have sour milk add 1 tsp vinegar to the milk and let stand a minute.
Sift together
Beat into the liquids
Pour into a 8 x 12 x 2 inches buttered pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before adding the fudge.
In a heavy sauce pan put
Set over moderate heat. Stir until the chocolate melts then just enough to keep from burning. Cook to the soft ball stage (234 deg)

Let cool but not solidify.
Add
Stir until it is thick and creamy and is no longer glossy but you can still pour it. Put the mini marshmallows on the cake and pour the fudge over top. Let the fudge set up for a couple of hours preferably overnight.
