Bigoli i Salsa [Veneto] :
(Wholemeal Spaghetti with Sprats)
What you need (4 servings) :
400 g (3/4 lb) wholemeal spaghetti, 200 g ( 8Oz) onions:
80 g (3 oz) sprats,80 g (3 oz) olive oil.
How to do it :
Peel and chop the onions.Fry the chopped onions in oil.
Add a little water and let the onions get soft.
Clean the sprats, chop them in bits and add to the onions.
Fry until they shrimp.
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Boil the spaghetti "al dente".
Serve the spaghetti together with the sauce.
