Peperoni alla Griglia [Veneto] :
(Grilled Peppers)
What you need (4 servings) :
2 red peppers, 2 green peppers, 2 yellow peppers.
Salt, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 1 garlic clove.
How to do it :
Wash and halve the peppers.
Take out the seeds and white membrans, rins under running water.
Drain them upside down on kitchen towel
Grill them for 15 minutes.
Lay them on a big serving dish.
Strew salt and the finechoped garlic clove together with the olive oil.
Serve imediately.
