We have sure been busy recently. Working in the garden, planting flowers, trimming trees, and all that outside stuff you can do on nice days. Our boys were home for Easter.
We recently toured the scenic roads of Virginia travelling from Harrisonburg, VA (where our son Brandt is going to college at James Madison University) to our home in Fairfax, VA. We stopped off at Horton Vineyards near Orange, VA in Orange County, VA (which strikes a novel note with us since we had lived in Orange County, California before moving to Virginia). We tasted a number of good (and some "bad") wines. We ending up taking a mixed case of the good ones home.
We then stopped at the Willow Grove Inn for dinner. Great food! A good place to eat (and stay) when in Central Virginia (north of Charlottesville).
Take the Time to Travel the Scenic Roads!
