Banana Nut Dessert

70 Nilla Wafers crushed (12 oz box)
1/2 c sugar
2/3 c margarine or butter  (melted)
3 ripe bananas
1/ 2 c roasted peanuts chopped
1/2 c  mini chocolate chips
2   3 oz pkg banana cream pudding
4 c milk  (for pudding)
1  12 oz  cool whip

Mix wafers, sugar, and butter.  Press firmly in the bottom of a 9 X 13" pan.
Set aside 2 T each of peanuts ant chocolate chips, for topping.
Layer banana slices, peanuts, chocolate chips over crust.
Make pudding according to package directions, pore into crust.
Chill until firm.
Top with Cool Whip, remaining peanuts and chocolate chips.
