Barbeque Meatloaf                                                 

1 lb. Hamburger
1 egg
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. cracker crumbs  (bread crumbs can also be used)
2  15 oz cans of tomato sauce
3 T. brown sugar
1 t. worchestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
2 T. mustard (prepared)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 X 13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix Hamburger, onion soup, egg, cheddar cheese, cracker crumbs and about a 1/3 of a can of tomato sauce, salt and pepper together.  Make into a loaf a put into a 9 X13" pan.  If mixture seems to sticky, add more crackers.
Mix remaining tomato sauce, water, worchestershire sauce, brown sugar and mustard.  I usually taste the sauce.  If its not sweet enough add more sugar. If too sweet add a little more mustard.  Everyones taste is different.
Pour the sauce over the meatloaf.  Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
After the first 45 minutes, if it looks like it is browning to fast, cover with foil.
