Breakfast Bread Pudding                                

12 slices white bread  (day old or stale)
One 8-oz. package cream cheese
12 eggs
2 cup milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp. salt

Remove and discard crust from bread. Cut bread and cream cheese into 1"  cubes. Toss lightly together.
Place in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, maple syrup and salt.
Mix well pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 375°F 40-45 minutes or until a knife in the center
comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
