Lasagna

1/4 C olive oil                                  
1 large onion                                       
2 cloves of garlic                                 
1 lb. hamburger
15 oz can of italian tomatoes
15 oz can of tomato paste
3 T  parsley flakes
2  bay leaves
1 t   oregano
1 t   basil
Salt to taste
8 oz. package of lasagna noodles
12 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 lb cottage cheese

Directions
Brown Hamburger, garlic and onion in olive oil.  Drain excess fat.  Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste, parsley. bay leaves, oregano, basil, and salt.  Simmer for one hour
Boil an 8 oz package of lasagna noodles.
In an 9 X 13 pan make layers, starting with:  meat sauce, noodles, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, and parmesan cheese.  Start and end with meat sauce.  Cover with foil.  Bake at 350*  for 1 hour
