Carrot Cake
2 c. sifted flour 1 t. baking powder 1 t. salt 1 t. baking soda 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. oil 1 t. cinnamon 4 eggs 2 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.(except sugar) Add sugar, oil and eggs. Beat until light. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. |
