Peanut Butter Cookies                                          

2 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
2 c. Sugar
2   Eggs
2 t. baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 t. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 2 cookie sheets.
Beat the peanut butter and sugar in a medium bowl until fluffy. Beat in the rest of the  ingredients, one at time.
Roll the dough into 1" balls.  Place them 2" apart. With a fork criss cross to flatten them.
Bake cookies 1 sheet at time, in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes or until puffy and brown.  Let cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
   
Very good with a scoop of choclate ice cream, between two cookies
