Microbreweries

Microbreweries are the newest breed of restaurant. They make their own specialty beers (the giant vats often take up so much space that they double as part of the restaurant design) and then hire a chef to provide American, Specialty, or Eclectic Cuisine to complement their brews. These "pubs" tend to have the coolest new dishes, lots of great sounding selections, and constantly changing menus, so that the crowds keep returning for more.
