INGREDIENTS:
16 ounces semisweet
chocolate
6 ounces butter
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Chambord
2 egg yolks off heat
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put chocolate, butter,
water, and Chambord in large bowl over pot of simmering water
to melt chocolate
and butter. When melted remove from heat, add yolks one at a time,
mix well. Strain into
a plastic lined mold. Cover and chill for 3 plus hours. Unmold and
cut into any shape.
Serve on large plate
with chocolate sauce and a small glass of Chambord.
