INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
2 tablespoons light
corn syrup
12 ounces bittersweet
or semisweet chocolate (chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring cream and corn syrup to a simmer in medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. (Refrigerate.) To rewarm heat over low flame until lukewarm, stirring frequently. Do not burn.
