Dutch waffles

6 Eggs
150 g Butter softened 150 g Flour pinch Salt 1 package Vanilla sugar 1/3 cup Rum 1/4 l light cream |
Beat the butter with the vanilla sugar. Add eggs one by one. Sift on top the flour. Mix well. Flavour with rum. Let the batter rest for 1 hour. Add cream. Grease the waffle machine and pour a spoon at a time. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Best with real maple syrup. |
