3/4 Litre Milk
175 g Sugar
2 Lemons

Peel thinly the lemons. Keep the zest that you will boil with the milk for 10 minutes. Strain the milk. In a pan whisk the yolks with the sugar till it whitens, gradually add the hot milk stirring constantly over low heat. Do not boil. Cool in the refrigerator. After it has cooled put in your ice-cream machine's bowl and wait around thirty minutes. If you don't have the machine. Put in the freezer after it has cooled. After an hour whisk with a fork. Put back in the freezer. In two hours your ice-cream is done.
