The Martini Page

General Instructions: Unless otherwise indicated, combine all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake or stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Classic Martini

• 2 ounces gin
• 1/2 teaspoon dry vermouth
• olive or lemon twist

Alaskan Martini

• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 3 drops creme de menthe
• 1 small candy cane as garnish

Rum Martini

• 1 3/4 ounces light rum
• 1/4 ounce dry vermouth
• 1 black olive as garnish

New England Martini

• 1 1/4 ounces gin
• splash of dry vermouth
• 3 olives as garnish

Serve with a slice of Vermont Cheddar on side

Bubblebum Martinis

These martinis are easier on the palette than the gin/vermouth version.

Purple People Eater

• 2 oz Bacardi Limon
• 3 oz cranberry juice
• a dribble of Blue Curacao
• a splash of extra dry vermouth

Shatzmo

• Cranberry vodka
• Cranberry juice
• twist of lemon

Tomatini

• vodka
• bloody mary mix or tomato juice

Serve in a salt rimmed glass

Martini Bellini

• peach nectar
• vodka
• lemon zest and twist

Chocolate Martini

• vodka
• Godiva liquer

Serve in a chocolate rimmed glass

Suntini

• vodka
• midori
• pineapple juice
• lime twist

The Carnival

• vodka

• orange juice
