Forever in This Moment

Her lips will last forever
He'll hold her close each time
This life could last a million years
But this love he'd never find
He wants to take it all away
Because it hurts him so bad
Her depression is contagious
And all it does is make him mad

She thinks that she'll make it
She thinks that she can fly
He turns around to see her fall
He missed his kiss goodbye
Her name echoes with the waves
As he falls to his knees
She's with him from above
But alone he'll always be

Your eyes are on my mind
As you shield me from the rain
You've got this to keep for always
That's for love as well as pain
I could stay here till sunrise
Without any regret
But I know I'll always be
Forever in this moment

All he can remember
Is all he longs to forget
The look of terror in her eyes
The words she never said
So he takes his turn
With hopes that he'd see her then
But she went somewhere else
It happened again.
