Blueberry Muffins


2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
2 cups blueberries

Mix together dry ingredients.
Add wet except blueberries, mix well.
Add blueberries mix just until mixed in.
Scoop into muffin tins. Top with streusel.

Streusel

1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine until resembles crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Muffins will spring at touch.
