1 9-OZ PKG YELLOW CAKE MIX

GREASE BOTTOM OF PAN.
PREPARE CAKE AS DIRECTED ON BOX. POUR INTO PAN.
BAKE 350, 20 MIN.

2- 8-OZ PKGS CREAM CHEESE
1/2 C SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA
2 EGGS
1/3 C SOUR CREAM

COMBINE CHEESE, SUGAR AND VANILLA.
ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME.
BLEND IN SOUR CREAM.
POUR OVER CAKE MIX.
BAKE 350 35 MIN.
LOOSEN, COOL.

2 TBSP COLD WATER
2- 1-OZ SQUARES UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
3 TBSP MARGARINE
1 C POWDERED SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA

BRING WATER TO BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
MELT CHOCOLATE WITH MARGARIME OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.
REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD WATER AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS
. SPREAD OVER CHEESECAKE. CHILL SEVERAL HOURS.
