BLEND IN EGG. ADD FLOUR; MIX WELL.
SPREAD DOUGH ONTO BOTTOM AND SIDES OF PAN.
BAKE 450 for 10 MIN.
2- 8-OZ PKGS. CREAM CHEESE
2/3 C SUGAR
2 TBSP FLOUR
3 EGGS
1/2 C SOUR CREAM
1 CUP PEELED, CHOPPED APPLE (I USE 2 C. GRANNY SMITH)
3/4 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 C CARAMEL TOPPING
1/4 C CHOPPED PECANS
COMBINE CHEESE, 1/3 C SUGAR AND FLOUR UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME.
BLEND IN SOUR
CREAM.
TOSS APPLES WITH REMAINING SUGAR AND CINNAMON. STIR INTO MIXTURE.
POUR OVER CRUST. SWIRL 1/4 C CARMEL INTO MIX.
BAKE 350, 1 HOUR.
LOOSEN, COOL. CHILL.
TOP WITH REMAINING CARAMEL AND PECANS.
