Death By Chocolate Cheesecake

4 - 8oz pkg Philly cream cheese
4 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 6oz pkg Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips
1 6oz pkg Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
1 6oz pkg Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Chips
Cream together the sugar and the cream cheese.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in Vanilla.
Melt the milk chocolate and mix with the cream cheese mixture.
Blend well, until no more white shows.
Open the other 2 bags of chips and mix 1/2 of each bag into the mix.
Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(the top will lose its shineyness)

Crust

2 cups of one of the following:
crushed graham crackers, vanilla wafers, chocolate graham crackers 3 tablespoons melted butter

Mix the 2 ingredients together and press into the bottoom of a 9 inch springfor pan.
