Sour Cream Lemon Muffins


4 cups Flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp lemon peel
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Poppy seeds (opitional)

Melt butter.
Combine melted butter, sour cream, eggs, lemon peel, milk and
sugar. Mix well.

Add Flour and Baking Powder, mix until just moist.

Scoop into prepared muffin tin.

Sprinkle top with sugar

Bake at 350 until done, about 20-25 minutes.
