Steak Roll-Ups With Noodles
1 1/2 pounds of steak..( use whatever is cheap and looks good)
1/s tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp basil
2 tbsp oil
2 14-oz cans diced tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
12 pkg wide noodles
combine the thyme, sage and basil and rub it on the steak
roll it up, jelly roll style, and tie with a string
in a skillet heat oil.
Sear the meat
In a large pot, combine remaining ingredients, except for noodles
Add the seared meat
Bring to boil and reduce heat
Simmer for 3-4 hours
Cook pasta according to package
Remove meat from sauce, and slice to look like pinwheels
Serve over Pasta..top with sauce.
