CHILL THE CHOCOLATE CREAM overnight. Store the VANILLA
ICE CREAM where it will stay well frozen.
To serve the dessert, use chilled individuel glass or porcelain dessert bowls. Put 3 or 4 cherries in each bowl with a little of their syrup, and add a few drops of kirsch. Cover them with about 2 tablespoons of chocolate cream, and put over this a portion of vanilla ice cream. Serve immediately, with plain
cookies or lady fingers.
