Thai Beef with Basil, Chilli and Green Beans


Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a wok or frypan. Stir-fry garlic over medium heat until golden. Add chilli and cook for 20 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry for several minutes. Stir in sugar and fish sauce.

2. Stir-fry until meat is cooked and tender. Add a little water or stock if gravy looks like boiling dry or becoming too oily.

3.Add beans and onion. Taste to see if extra sugar of fish sauce is needed. Remove from heat and stir basil leaves through mixture. Garnish with basil. Serve with rice.

Serve 4 as a main dish.
