The King Arthur Flour Company in Vermont has a free catalog of flours, equipment, gadgets, books. There are some recipes in the catalog. Order it from the website where they also list stores in your state selling their flour.I buy King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour, and much more (including Plugra butter), at Trader Joe's.
White Lily Flour is not for your usual yeast bread baking but is indispensable for light southern biscuits. Their all purpose flour is so soft and fine that I substitute it for cake flour and win blue ribbons doing so.

According to Deborah Bell, "I get a great spice catalog, don't know if you are aware of it. The stuff is fabulous quality, and they have everything and then some. The prices are very reasonable, and they sell both in small quantities and in bulk. Good recipes, too. They unfortunately don't have a toll-free number. I have access to plenty of good stuff here, but Penzey's is better."Penzey's Ltd.
