Pierogies Stroganoff |
Pierogies are little potato-stuff pastas (pierogie means "little pie"). I had bought pierogies in order to try them out, and although I enjoy the traditional way of making them by pan-frying them with butter and onions, I wanted to eat them in a creamy sauce. I came up with this.
2 tbsp butter 8 pierogies 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 lbs hamburger 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms 1 tbsp paprika 1/4 cup sour cream OR plain yogurt 2 tbsp parsley
