Puligny-Montrachet les Clavoillon, 1990, Domaine Leflaive

Two consistent notes of this beautiful Clavoillon. Very bright clarity of colour, greenyellow and medium depth. Beautiful fragrant nose, the gentle wood tones having matured into the bouquet. Touch of honey, slight gingery spiciness as well, but not dominant. Scenting very 'chique'. Beautifully balanced in taste with a glorious finish of a chalk-mineral terroir shining intensely in this vintage.
