Puligny-Montrachet les Pucelles, 1991, Domaine Leflaive

If that makes any sense: the Batard-Montrachet of Laflaive's premier crus. Beautiful slighty rosey tinge in the colour. Soft seductive bouquet with ginger, honey and a lovely finely detailed subtlety. Tasting accordingly, beautiful balance, though slightly short in the finish. Very very nice cru.
