Mix 6 oz. Espresso coffe (sweetened to taste and chilled, 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream, 2 oz. Jamaica Rum. Blend until completly smooth. Sprinkle with Chocolate shavings, Nutmeg or cinnamon. Serve in Tall Glass.
CAFE L'ORANGE FRAPPE
Stir together 1oz. espresso coffee, 1 1/2 oz. Grand Mariner, and 1oz. chilled heavy cream. Blend well. Pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle with grated orange zest. Garnish with twist of Orange peel. Serve in small cocktail gless with short straws.
IRISH CREAM & CREAM DeCACAO LATTE
Mix 1/2 oz. Irish Cream syrup, 1/2 oz. Cream De Cacao syrup, 2oz. espresso coffee. Fill cup to top with Steamed Milk. top with whipped cream and garnish.
ESPRESSO ZAMBAIONE
In top of double boiler, mix 1/2 cup Espresso,10oz.Kahlua, pinch of Nutmeg, Grated Lemon peel. In bowl, whip 2 tbspn.sugar and 4 egg yolks. Blend in espresso mixture. Beat until creamy. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground espresso. Serve warm, Or Cold.
