CHICKEN  PAPRIKA

1-3lb.Chicken, cut up
1/2 tspn.finely chopped Garlic
2 tbspn. Oil
1 1/2 tspn. Paprika
1 cop chicken broth
2 tbspn. Flour
1 1/2 cups Sour cream
1 ea. Med. Onion finely chopped

1) Dry chicken pieces with towel and salt lightly.Heat oil in large skilley, or a roasting pan and brown chicken pieces, turn ocasionaly so all sides are browned. Remove from pan.
2) Pour off fat except a thin layer. Add onions and garlic and cook untill tender. Add Chicken Broth bring to a simmer, add paprika. Scrape bottom of pan and incorporate all the drippings.
Return chicken pieces to pan and continue simmering untill chicken is done. about30 min.
When chicken is done remove from pan to a plater. Mix flour and sour cream untill smooth and stir into juices in pan. Make sure it is not lumpy. Return chicken pices and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes more.
Serve With Soft Noodles
2 Cups of all poupose flour 3/4 cup water 1 Egg, 1 tspn. salt.
Mix all ingrediance lightly untill well blended. Put a portion of the dough on wet cutting board (smal)and cut 3/4 inch pieces with wet knife, and push them in to Boiling water. When they rise to the top They are done.Skim off with sloted spoon. Serve hot with chicken Paprika putting some of the Paprika souce on them also.
