BEEF TIPS IN WINE

2 lb. Round or Sirloin stake, Cubed.
2 tbspn. flour.
1 ea. Beef Bulion
1 cup Red Wine( more if needed)
1 ea. Med. Green Pepper, cut in slices(Julian)
1 Sm. Onion, chopped,
2 med. very ripe Tomatoes,Chopped.
Salt
pepper

Dredge meat in flour and brown quickly in a skillet. Add bulion and Wine, and cook for 1 hr. Add remaining ingredients,and simmer until meat is tender. DELICIOUS OVER RICE, OR NOODLES. SERVES 4
