SWEEDISH  MEAT BALLS

2 1/2 lb.Ground Chuck,
5 eggs
1/4 carton Progresso Italian flavored Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
pepper
1 med. Onion (chopped)
1 fresh garlik, or 1/2 tspn of powder
1 tbspn. Parseley.

Place oinion, garlic, parsely and 1/4 cup of watter in food processor. Mix meat , eggs, breadcumbs, salt, pepper with mixture in processor. Roll & place in hot oil untill outside is light brown. Line on cookie sheet & bake in 350 F. oven for 20 min. Cool, line with foil paper beetween meatballs. Seal well and freeze. Use as needed.
