JOLLY ROGER This is my own creation 15 ml Apricot Brandy 30 ml Amaretto 15 ml Triple-sec 60 ml Cream 2 Fresh Apricot halves Blend all ingredients with ice and pour into a brandy balloon. Garnish with pineapple leaves and an orange slice. |
ISLAND PARADISE This is my own creation 30 ml Malibu 15 ml Tia Maria 15 ml Jamaican Rum 1/2 Banana 30 ml Fresh Cream 60 ml Pineapple juice Blend all ingredients with ice and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with pineapple leaves, marachino cherries, banana slice and an umbrella. |
GRACIOUS AFFAIR This is my own creation 30 ml Caruba Rum 30 ml Cointreau 30 ml Malibu 30 ml Orange juice 15 ml sugar syrup 15 ml Cream 1 Apricot Blend all ingredients and strain into a parfait glass. Garnish with an orange twirl, pineapple chunk and a cherry. |

30 ml of Southern Comfort
15ml of Tequila
Orange, Peach and Apricot Juice Mix
Crushed ice
Slice of orange
Add the southern comfort to the crushed ice.
SSSSSlowly pour the tequila down the sides and top up with the above Juice
mix.
Garnish with slice of orange and any other silly cocktail toys.
