I am married to Arvella Renee' Smith of Hydro, Oklahoma. We have three children:
Amber Dawn Smith who just graduated from Rose State College.
Our son, Charles Dale Rucks is now serving in the U.S. ARMY.
Jana Kay Rucks ( She remained in town to start her life )
