HAMBURGER STROGANOFF
Contributor: Judy
(given to her by Stephanie)

Brown hamburger and drain. Add onion and cook for a couple of minutes. Add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup until heated through. You can put this on top of egg noodles, rice, baked potato, or thick slice of toast. This recipe can be easily double or tripled. Delicious!

BEEF PAPRIKA
Contributor: Janet

Brown meat, add onion and garlic. Stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard and water. Blend flour and water; stir into meat mixture. Simmer till ready to eat. Serve over noodles. My kids love the sauce that this recipe makes and go crazy when they smell me making it and can't wait to eat!

*Note Janet says this is a budget recipe for her because she usually has all the ingredients already and just has to purchase the meat.

BEANS, RICE AND CORNBREAD
Contributor: Donna

My favorite budget meal happens to be one of my favorite meals also! I'm sure you don't need the recipe for this, but here is the meal: I soak beans with spices overnight then cook on med/low the next day. Cook rice. Prepare Cornbread. I serve the beans over the rice with a piece of cornbread. m-mmm good! Cheap too!
