Jacob at two weeks old:
Our baby boy's name is Jacob Michael~Christian Hansen! He was born Friday January 23, 1998 by c section, weighing in at a whopping 9lbs. 15.4 oz.! He was 20.5 inches long and so far what little hair he has is blonde. We came home on Super Bowl Sunday during the game!
Jacob is a very handsome baby (proud mommy). He has a way of smiling that makes my heart stop. He loves his sisters and my hair. He likes to touch it, but then of course... pulls it with that natural reflex to close his fists!
He is now nine months old and can crawl and pull up on furniture! He also loves to get into everything and chew on paper! ewwww...
If anyone has any information about children with allergies to milk, please e mail me. Jacob is breastfed, but has had very dry flaking skin along with reddness since he was a few months old. He may be allergic to other things, but I know one is milk. I have tried cutting my milk intake and it's helped.
Jacob's skin looks much better now that I only bathe him once a week and use Cetaphil soap in his bath. I also use Cetaphil lotion on him two to three times a day.
