SUE'S CHICKEN SALAD



6 skinless chicken breasts
3 tbs. of finely minced onions
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
3/4 - 1 cup of mayonaise
3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
pepper to taste

Boil or microwave the chicken until just cooked. Refrigerate. Chop chilled chicken into small sized chunks, and put in a medium bowl. Add the onion, the celery and the pepper. Mix together. Add about 1 cup ( more or less depending on your taste) of mayonaise and then shake the 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce on to the mayo. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Serve on a bed of lettuce or on toasted bread.
