Happy Birthday Patsy Cline !

This recipe was sent to me by my friends and fellow Patsifans, Molly Meridieth and William Cox of TN, and so I present it in celebration of the anniversary of Virginia Hensley's birth. We all know how much Patsy loved her Co-Cola and I think she would have enjoyed the ease of preparing this dish! Talk about a simple and delicious recipe,it doesn't get any easier than this! Enjoy!

COCA-COLA PORK CHOPS

  • 8 pork chops ( I prefer center-cut)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 cup Coca-Cola
  • Brown sugar

    • Place the pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the catsup and Coca-Cola, and pour over the pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered in a 350 Degree oven for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
