EVA'S CRUMB CAKE

Mix together in a bowl:
1/2 cup Crisco
2 eggs
1 cup sugar

Add:
3 cups flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Spread evenly into a greased 9X13 pan
Crumb Topping:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinammon
1/4 lb. margarine
3 tbs. Crisco
Melt the margarine and Crisco, add the dry ingredients, mix with fork or fingers to form the crumbs. Sprinkle the crumb mixture on the cake batter. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, sprinkle top of cake with Confectioner's sugar. ~ Eva Sluiter
