Daquiri Pie

  • 1 pkg lemon pudding and pie filling (4-serving size)
  • 1 pkg lime Jello
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bacardi rum
  • 2 cups Coolwhip
  • 1 9" baked graham crust

    Mix pudding, Jello, and sugar. Stir in 1/2 cup water and eggs; blend well. Add remaining water. Stir over medium hear to full boil. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Chill 1 1/2 hours. Blend in topping. Spoon into crust, let chill 2 hours.
