Grandfather's Deluxe Seafood Salad
You'll need:
One small head of iceberg lettuce
1 large can lump crabmeat
1 lb. of cooked shrimp (tails removed)
3/4 cup of celery (large chop)
2 tomatoes ~ cut into wedges (1/8 tbs)
about 1/2 cup of mayonaise
2 hard-boiled eggs ~ chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Wash and rip the lettuce into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl place all the ingredients together and toss gently.
